1. Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals.
2. Curriculum Management: Create and update training curricula to reflect best practices and regulatory requirements.
3. Training Delivery: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
4. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
5. Resource Management: Manage training resources including materials, equipment, and facilities.
6. Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of training goals with organizational objectives.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and implement innovative training methods.
9. Team Leadership:
# Lead and manage the central training department team to achieve training goals.
# Training in the field of Laboratory testing, health screening, good laboratory practices, pre analytical, analytical and post analytical.
This role requires strong educational background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to design and deliver effective training programs that meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
Maximum Age: 40 years as on 01.01.2025
Basic pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs. 25000 45000
Qualification:
Essential: MSc in Medical Microbiology, Medical Biochemistry, Medical Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, MLT, Immunology, Virology or 2 yr MSc (Health Science Program) Or MBA (Healthcare)/MBA (Hospital Administration) /MPH / MHA.
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial level in a reputed diagnostic laboratory. Experience as a trainer in multi disciplinary areas in a diagnostic chain of labs is desirable.
