Job Description

Divisional Coordinator will support technical aspects of the program with a particular focus on the First Referral Unit (FRUs) operationalization and strengthening, to improve the availability and quality of maternal, neonatal and child health related services within health facilities.

This would primarily involve supportive supervision and mentoring to service providers of FRUs by establishing Regional Resource Training Centres (RRTC) within Medical Colleges and coordination with these RRTCs to enhance competencies and confidence of doctors and health-care teams in District Hospitals & other FRUs.
