Job description

Roles and Responsibilities -

1. To ensure that all P.S.R.s of his H. Q. achieve their monthly / quarterly / annual sales target as per the TGT01 report.  
2. To ensure that all the H.Q.s in their territory have 25 route plans, a list of 25 core Vaidyas along with their contact details and a Standard Fare Chart (SFC) and BR01 report completed.  
3. To conduct joint field work with each PSR for a minimum of 3 days in a month.
4. To review and analyse the sales reports like the TGT reports, FMS reports, BR01M reports of each H.Q. regularly and provide his observations on the same through his daily reporting in SFM, to the RSM.
5. To ensure there is 100% coverage of Vaidyas and Retailers in his territory and to ensure that the team maintains the daily call average of Vaidyas and Retail Chemists.
6. To ensure that all the P.S.R.s update a correct daily report in the SFM software on regular basis of their respective H.Q.s, especially the Stock and sales statement and the BR01M report.  
7. To ensure the PCP of his territory is maintained at the targeted level as per the Principle of Budget.
8. To ensure that all the P.S.R.s maintain the outstanding amount to NIL
9. To select, induct, train and apprise the new PSRs joining in his territory as per the company protocol and maintain the budgeted manpower in his territory.
10. To monitor & maintain the Sales to expense ratio of each H. Q. At the targeted level as per the Principles of Budget.

Desired Candidate Profile -

1. Male - 35 - 45 yrs., B.A., B. Com., B. Sc., B. Pharma Graduates
2. 5-15 yrs., experience in pharma company
3. Flair for Pharma Sales, travelling, Interacting with People.
4. Good knowledge of local Doctors, Retailers, Stockist.
5. Good Knowledge of Computers, internet.
6. Basic knowledge of Ayurved and Pharmaceutical Sales
