Role & responsibilities :

1. Talent sourcing from various job sites, social media and references.
2. Interview - Telephonic as well as Personal
3. Salary negotiations and finalisation
4. Induction and Training
5. Employee engagement activity
6. MIS Report
7. Exit interview

Preferred candidate profile :

1. Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English and Hindi
2. Hands on experience in Talent acquisition, Head Hunting and Campus interviews.
3. Well versed with drafting JDs, KRAs and KPIs.
4. Must be able to provide Induction and Training to staff.
5. Well versed with MS Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
6. Ready to travel across India
