Position: Manager Recruitment
Location: Sion, Mumbai

As we continue to scale up, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager Recruitment to join our team in Sion, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent, specifically Chartered Accountants (CA), Company Secretaries (CS), and other finance and legal professionals.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive talent pipeline for key positions.
  2. Recruitment Process Management:
    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Articles, CAs, CSs, and experienced professionals, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
    • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, utilizing various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and campus recruitment.
    • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
  3. Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and senior management, to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and guidance on best hiring practices.
  4. Employer Branding:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Incorp's employer brand and position the company as an employer of choice within the professional services industry.
    • Develop and execute strategies to engage with potential candidates through various platforms, including social media, job fairs, and networking events.
  5. Data and Analytics:
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring processes and strategies.
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends.
  6. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
    • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to meet recruitment targets and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR will be an advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring Articles, CAs, CSs, and other finance and legal professionals.
  • Proven track record in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and delivering high-quality hires in a timely manner.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent market trends, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
