National Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities :

1. Sales Top Line and Bottom Line Achievement - MOM, QOQ and YOY.
2. Business Plan creation and implementation - creating and implementing a Business plan such that the targets are achieved and superseded every month, quarter and year.
3. Team Development and Mentoring - timely recruitment, appraisals and training, such that the team attrition is minimised.
4. Sales Forecasting - Region wise and zone wise accurate forecasting of Sales for the ensuing Month, Quarter and FY.
5. New Product Launch - Timely and as per the Budgeted plan.
6. Ensuring smooth and uninterrupted supply of products in the market.
7. Creating a robust and strong network of STK and SSTK to ensure a smooth supply of products.
8. Ensuring no outstanding in the market beyond the stipulated policy timeline.

Preferred candidate profile :

1. MBA/PGDM in marketing with 20 - 25 years hands on experience as NSM in a leading Pharma Company.
2. Minimum last 3 years experience in handling PAN India Sales and a team size of 100 - 150 Sales personnel.
3. Must have excellent Business Acumen, communication skills and presentation skills.
4. Must be well versed with Team Building and Mentoring activities. Must be ready to travel extensively across all geographies in India.
5. Must have good Analytical knowledge and a "Go - Getter" attitude.
6. Must have good knowledge of Computers - MS Excel.
