Accounting & Finance- Senior Manager

Job description

1. To analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans, prepare a summary feedback financial Statement with variances to the Budget and submit the same to the Management within the stipulated timeline. 

2. To propose changes to the Company accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes.

3. To provide proactive support in strategic financial planning, including upgrading and implementation of EPP software.

4. To liaison with external auditors and tax and Treasury managers to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through annual reports.

5. To approve and finalize the Company Balance Sheet, PandL Statement, and ITR Statement for submission within the stipulated timeline

6. To provide inputs and suggestions to higher authorities in matters related to tax planning and compliance with Direct and Indirect taxation.

7. To liaise with various Banks, Financial Institutes, and NBFCs to avail financial facilities for the Company. 

8. To advise Management on investment activities and provide strategies to reduce the annual tax burden on the Company. 

9. To ensure all appropriate risk management documentation is in place and relevant controls are adhered to.

10. To see risk and Corporate insurance requirements.

11. To Prepare and oversee all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts, and overhead cost allocation of the subsidiary or other associates company.

Candidate profile

1) Malewith C.A / C. A. (Inter) completion.

2) 20 - 25 years of experience in Accounts and Finance of which at least 5 years as a Sr. Manager handling a team of 5 - 6 persons.

3) Knowledge of the latest updates in Company Law, Individuals, GST & Income Tax

4) Good knowledge of budgeting and analysis of MIS (Must).

5) Fluency in understanding & expressing thoughts In a particular language
