1. Operational Oversight: Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day hospital operations.
2. MMU services: Coordinate and supervise the MMU services
3. Quality Improvement: Coordinate with QA dept to enhance patient care. ensure the timely testing and compliance of reporting with set protocols.
4. TAT: Ensure TAT of the laboratory, hospitalization, treatment procedures, medication discharge, insurance by keeping records in timely manner
5. Complaint resolutions: Ensure each complaint raised is well documented and analysed for its root cause and resolutions.
Also ensure complaint rate remains minimal at the hospital environment.
6. Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently for all the connected department.
7. Budgeting & Financials: Manage departmental budgets, coordinate for approvals of budgets without delaying in execution
8. Staff Supervision: Lead and manage hospital staff, coordinate for duty scheduling during emergencies and odd hours
9. Patient Flow Optimization: Improve patient scheduling processes and Que management systems.
10. Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure regulatory compliance.
11. Customer Service Enhancement: Improve patient satisfaction.
12. Collaboration & Communication: Work with various departments and stakeholders.
13. Innovation & Improvement:
# Implement best practices and innovations in hospital management in coordination with management.
# Coordination with insurance processing protocols.
# Over coordination and management of a patient from hospital visit, treatment, procedures, medicine supply and discharge and follow up.
# Patient data management on a daily basis and monthly report submission.
14. Clinic management and operations: Manpower and services and preparing the MIS reports.
Maximum Age: 37 years as on 01.01.2025
Basic pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs. 20000 - 40000
Qualification:
Essential: MBA or Masters in Public Health / Hospital Administration / Hospital Management / Health care Management or 2 yr PGDM in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management.
Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 1 year of experience in working with reputed hospitals in a supervisory level.
