Sr. Business Analyst (Process Excellence)

Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement: Own and Review end-to-end internal business processes, procedures, practice management standards and work methodologies through project lifecycle to consider a process reengineering, Process standardization and Optimization.
• Plan and manage moderately complex engagements; structure, review, and validate analysis
• Lead and evaluate analysis to draw conclusions and develop insightful recommendations and solutions;
• Work with Technology and QA team for developing Solutions. Review the technical artifacts and provide sign offs
• Product Development: Innovate and Conceptualize Product ideas, Competitor Analysis and Develop Solutions, Products and Offerings for this practice
• Presales: Work with Business Development team for winning new opportunities

Primary Skills:

• Develop Process Improvement Roadmap: Ability to analyze business objectives and challenges, map as-is and To-be process and develop roadmap for customer
• Identify and scope key process improvement opportunities
• As-Is process mapping and To-Be process development
• Knowledge of back-office processes
• Implement solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Work closely with business leadership to implement and deliver process improvements
• Proficient in Lean and Six Sigma principles - DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping etc.
• Presentation and Communication skills: Ability to create and present impactful presentations using PowerPoint, run workshops to a variety of stakeholder groups including but not limited to clients and the team.

Secondary Skills:

• Business Intelligence: Effective visualization and number crunching skills using Power BI or Tableau.
• People and Project Management: Experience and/or awareness of various Project Management methodologies (PRINCE2, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum), Line management and leadership experience on and off project work
• Data Science: Basic understanding AI, Machine Learning with R, Python etc.
• Content Development: Experience in report writing, research articles, White Papers would be an advantage.
• Technology: In-depth understanding of advanced macros, automation tools and technologies, SQL, Software development life-cycle.
