Role & responsibilities

Problem Solving and Improvement [BPM/BPI/BPR/KAIZEN]

• Drive Business Process Improvements and digitization through rigorous Root Cause Analysis using a structuredapproach / Frameworks / Methodologies
• Prepare Project Charter for showcasing stages from idea to execution
• Fool proofing Processes - Work closely with all Stakeholders to identify and act on corrective and preventive measures to avoid any leakages

Project selection

• Gemba/Floor Walk & Discussion with respective department SPOC
• Voice of Customer - Understand what is important to the customer
• Internal Voice (VoP/VoE) | External Voice (VoC/VoM/VoCO)

Process Mining

• Data Analytics for insights & decision making
• Performance Improvement
• Process Automation & Monitoring

Root Cause Analysis

• To study process and Identify root cause of problem
• FMEA Failure mode effect analysis | Cause & Effect Diagram | 5 Why | Pareto Chart , etc.

Process Development

• Convert Voice of Customer to Critical to Quality | Benchmarking
• Identify team members and SME for Project
• Generate potential solution that will meet all CTQ requirements
• Check performance of identified solution
• Verify, optimize and implement design

Digital Transformation

• Identify scope & draft BRD
• Identify system solutions from business point of view (Internal / External)
• Pilot run / User Acceptance Testing
• Implement & Monitor to ensure actual consumption of implemented solution.

Process Implementation

• Develop rollout plan and implement solution
• Change Management

Optimizing, standardizing and documentation

• Project Charter
• BRD
• Project Plan
• UAT document / CR form
• Draft project case study for future reference Process Assessment and Control Measures Assessment of Implemented process to identify leakages. • Implement control measures to minimize or eliminate leakages.
