About the Role:
We are seeking highly connected Lead Generation Professionals with strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers in the IT industry. The role requires identifying and sharing potential opportunities for Technology Staffing across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and share client connects with Decision Makers or Decision Support teams actively looking for Tech Staffing solutions.
- Provide intelligence on client organizational changes, including leadership movements, project expansions, and hiring needs.
- Facilitate introductions and assist in setting up initial discussions between clients and our Tech Staffing team.
- Keep up to date with market trends, hiring demands, and industry insights to optimize lead sharing.
Key Requirements:
- Strong professional network with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, HR Heads, and Procurement teams in IT-driven organizations.
- Understanding of Tech Staffing industry trends, workforce demands, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Prior experience in IT sales, business development, recruitment, or staffing services is a plus.
