Job Description:
- Are you passionate about creating memorable first impressions and ensuring seamless employee transitions? We're looking for a dynamic on boarding Specialist (HR) to join our HR team and play a pivotal role in shaping the on boarding.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome New Talent: Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires, from offer acceptance to their first day and beyond.
- Coordinate On boarding Activities: Organize orientation programs, training schedules, and documentation processes to help new hires integrate effortlessly.
- Act as a Liaison: Work closely with various departments to prepare resources, access, and tools for new employees.
- Ensure Compliance: Manage employee records and ensure all onboarding documentation aligns with legal and company standards.
- Enhance the Employee Journey: Continuously improve the onboarding process to create a positive and lasting impression on new employees.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in on boarding or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Zoho People) is a plus.
- A passion for creating a positive employee experience.
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA HR or equivalent qualification from a reputed College or University
- 2+ Years of experience in HR on boarding
