About the Role:
- In this role, you will help shape Optimite's lead generation strategy. You will be responsible for driving our email marketing efforts, working closely with the founders and teams across design, development, and client success to fuel business growth.
- You will develop and optimize outreach processes, establishing a robust foundation for Optimite's rapid growth. You'll take ownership of nurturing leads, equipped with the necessary tools to lead and drive our efforts effectively.
What will you do?
- As the Lead Generation Specialist (Cold Email + LinkedIn), your role is all about creating high-quality lead generation through cold emails and LinkedIn outreach.
- You'll be responsible for connecting with decision-makers at eCommerce and Shopify businesses, converting them into qualified leads. This role focuses on service sales in the international market.
Email Outreach (50%):
- Create and run cold email campaigns to bring in qualified leads for our services.
- Write personalized, effective email templates and manage follow-ups.
- Track and report on how the emails are performing and make changes to get better results.
Metrics you'll own:
- Open Rate: How many people open your emails.
- Reply Rate: How many people respond.
- Qualified Leads: How many leads turn into real opportunities.
LinkedIn Prospecting (30%)
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and reach out to decision-makers.
- Build relationships with potential leads using LinkedIn InMail and connection requests.
- Track how your LinkedIn efforts are working and keep leads moving through the pipeline.
Metrics you'll own:
- Connection Rate: How many outreach efforts lead to connections.
- Response Rate: How many prospects reply to your InMails.
- Leads Generated: Leads that convert into sales calls.
Campaign Optimization & Reporting (20%)
- Test different subject lines, email copy, and outreach strategies to see what works best.
- Look at the data each week and adjust your approach to get better results.
- Work with the founders to report on campaign performance and improve strategies.
Metrics you'll own:
- A/B Testing Results: How well your email experiments perform.
- Lead Nurture Rate: How well you manage follow-ups.
- Weekly Reports: Sharing insights and plans with the team.
Must Have:
- Strong ability to track and optimize email performance metrics, such as open and reply rates.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting personalized outreach.
- Prior experience in advertising, e-commerce, or email marketing is a significant advantage.
- 2+ years of experience with exceptional expertise in your field.
- Proficiency in tools like Instantly, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn outreach.
