Founder s Office Assistant - Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team as a Founder s Office Assistant - Intern. This internship position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-growing startup environment.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist the founder in day-to-day operations and handling correspondence.
2. Provide general administrative support to the founder and team as needed ensuring all objectives are achieved.
3. Manage internal and external communications for the Founder, effectively conveying the vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
4. In reality, this role doesnt come with a definition or a checklist of job responsibilities.
5. As Founders Office Intern, you will be expected to have a whatever-it-takes approach to help the team in some of the key business areas and assist founders with client calls and communication.

1. Recently graduated or pursuing graduation with excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) is a must have.
2. Previous volunteering experience preferably from a recognized organisation (Good to have, not mandatory).
3. Getting things done in a fast-paced work environment.
4. Be nimble enough to thrive in a fast-changing start-up environment yet being organised and detail-oriented to ensure nothing falls off the cracks.
5. You are quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done.
6. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
7. Availability for a duration of minimum three months.
