- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals to drive business growth.
- Collaboration: Work with the recruiting team for seamless client-to-candidate transitions.
- Sales Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets, tracking progress against KPIs.
- Networking: Represent METAMORFS at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to sales strategy and business development plans.
