About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic Lead - Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment strategies for both technical and non-technical roles.
- This role will involve leadership hiring, bulk and campus recruitment, and vendor management, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to align hiring with business goals and build a high-performance workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including leadership and high-volume hiring.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Sourcing & Employer Branding: Develop sourcing strategies for roles across key functions and strengthen the company's employer brand.
- Process Optimization: Use recruitment data and analytics to track performance and optimize hiring processes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor the recruitment team, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management and vendor relationships.
- Experience in data-driven recruitment and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in fast-paced environments (startups/tech companies) is a plus.
