Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for all roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously to meet business demands and deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
- Conduct cold calls to identify potential candidates and schedule interviews.
- Analyze metrics to track recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the talent acquisition team to deliver outstanding results.
- Build and manage a strong employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to forecast talent needs and create scalable recruitment solutions.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop and monitor metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are integrated into all hiring practices.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms.
