Key Responsibilities:
Managing end to end auction processes and ensuring smooth execution.
Coordinating with Sales, repo and legal team for auction planning and operations.
Maintaining compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
Driving performance to achieve monthly and quarterly auction target.
Drive tech related part with help of HLF tech team for portal development and modification (Gaadi Mandi)
Qualifications/ Skills:
Proven experience in Auction management or related fields.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Familiarity with repo and asset sales process will be added advantage.
Familiar with auction marketplace and portal.
Fluent in Tamil & English, Hindi will be added advantage.
