About Role: Deal Entry Operations Executive (Fixed Income)

We are looking for a suitable candidate for entering the deals in our internal deal settlement system (SAP) as well as to input the auction bids on the RBI e-Kuber platform. The job also entails entering and preparation of the front office MIS reports.

The preferred candidate will be a graduate with 1-2 years of work experience as a deal entry operator / Contract Note preparer, preferably working in the back-office of a broking entity with membership of the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) segment of the National Stock Exchange of India. The candidate has to be diligent, meticulous, efficient and have a keen eye for detail and have good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word operations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Entering deals in internal treasury management software (SAP).

2. Entering auction bids on e-Kuber platform of RBI.

3. Preparing MIS for auction bids, etc.

4. Minimize errors in deal entry.
