Purpose of the Role
Manpower planning for the state
Job Role :
Regularly track the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned pool/area
Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, net off, credit cost/ reversal and roll rates & repo of assets
Ensure strict adherence to repo process note & timely distribution of repo pool to the vendors.
Proper allocation of contracts to the team at the start of the month
Regular interactions with the targeted high POS customers
Trace out absconded default customers and initiate recovery process
Maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing of collection feedback on daily, weekly & monthly basis
Analyse the data, trends & come out with quick action plans
Collaboration with other verticals in Sales & Collections to assess and mitigate the immediate challenges.
Maintain customer relationship by providing prompt service in terms of providing Interest certificate, TDS reconciliation & NOC.
Continuously provide training and upskilling opportunities for the team. Division/ Department
ponsibilities
Manage an overall team size of 40-50
Identify & plan training activities for the team
Due diligence check in settlement of chronic NPA cases
Track of legal actions for resolution. Recommend for legal actions for non-recoverable cases and liason with the legal team for the closure of the cases.
Drive NPA reduction through repo/ collection agencies & legal vendors.
Track & reduce the NPA of the state, Bucket-wise & DPD wise and focus on non-starters and ensure roll back/stabilize.
Compliance to regulatory and company guidelines in terms of collecting cash, NOC, depositing cheques, accounting collections, CDT (cash direct transfer) etc.
Daily review of the team so that they achieve weekly milestone & monthly target
Specific focus on straight flow cases
Monitor the product wise sourcing qualities and give feedback to the Credit, Sales & Vertical Head
Graduation (Mandatory)/ MBA/Post Graduation (Preferred)
Minimum 12+ years relevant experience in NBFC/Bank (Preferred)
Knowledge of legal tools such as Sec 9, Sec 138 & Sec 17 etc.
Expert in notices and pre and post repo process documentation.
Should have experience in Sale of repo assets and NPA management.
