Role & responsibilities
- Managing the recovery process for LAP /Business Loans products in the region of Karnataka.
- Achieve the collections target for the assigned locations.
- Hire, train and lead a time of Hub Collections Manager and Area collections managers, mentoring and coaching the team on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Credit, RCU, Ops) and central teams
- Identifying and implementing new solutions to existing processes and initiating innovative ideas to bring the best out of the team.
