State Collection Manager - Secured Business Loan

Role & responsibilities

• Managing the recovery process for LAP /Business Loans products in the region of Karnataka.
• Achieve the collections target for the assigned locations.
• Hire, train and lead a time of Hub Collections Manager and Area collections managers, mentoring and coaching the team on an ongoing basis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Credit, RCU, Ops) and central teams
• Identifying and implementing new solutions to existing processes and initiating innovative ideas to bring the best out of the team.
