Management Trainee - Product (MBA Batch 2025)

Role & responsibilities:

• Implement and execute product business strategy and annual business plans for the Secured Business Loan vertical.
• The role involves managing customer interactions, particularly in retention efforts for foreclosure cases, maintaining data, preparing performance dashboards, and identifying trends.
• Support the frontline sales team with regular dashboards, trainings, and implementing incentive plans to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient end-to-end processing of loan applications.
• Monitor competition and analyse market credit policies and revamp internal policies based on data and insights.
• Manage portfolio metrics, including delinquency, yield, and loan mix.

Preferred Candidate

• Post- Graduation MBA Marketing
• Proficiency in data management and report generation using MS Excel or similar tools.
