Key Responsibilities
o Identify and acquire new clients (corporates, suppliers, and distributors) for supply chain financing solutions.
o Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities for SCF products.
o Meet assigned revenue and portfolio growth targets.
o Client Relationship Management.
o Cross-sell and upsell other financial products offered by the organization.
o Ensure adherence to credit policies and risk guidelines during transaction processing.
o Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and organizational policies.

Key Skills & Competencies
o Strong understanding of supply chain finance, working capital management, and related financial products.
o Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
o Analytical mindset with the ability to assess credit risk and financial health of clients.

Qualifications
o MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
o 3-5 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services, preferably in supply chain finance or corporate lending.
o Certification in trade finance or working capital management (preferred).
