Role/Purpose

We are currently looking to hire several HR Generalist to work for a major US-based software company.

We are looking for self-motivated, detailed oriented individuals to work in the following areas:

• Coordination with employees and employee engagement activities
• Excellent communication skills both in Hindi and English, should be able to speak and write effectively.
• Issuing Offer/appointment letters, and confirmation letters, warning letters, and issuing basic assets to new employees.
• Conducting induction process of new joiners
• Documentation of new joiners
• Coordinating with various departments for the requirement.
• Leaves and attendance management.
• Responsible for joining and exit formalities.
• Day to Day HR communications and activities in coordination with internal department.
• General Administration.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
• Organized and open to learning new skills.
• Great team player.
• Self-starter that does not require a lot of supervision.
