About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Product Owner with extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will bring 12-15 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years of dedicated expertise in Salesforce platforms, with a strong blend of both functional and technical knowledge. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in driving the strategic vision, development, and execution of Salesforce solutions for our organization.

This role is based in Hyderabad, and the selected candidate must be willing to work from the ADP Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions from concept through to delivery.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, and Salesforce developers, to define product requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the timely delivery of key features and enhancements.

- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that product requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions.

- Provide ongoing product vision and direction, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.

- Conduct regular user feedback sessions, ensuring continuous product improvement.

- Manage and drive change requests in the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring the platform adapts to business needs.

- Oversee integration of Salesforce with other systems and ensure seamless user experiences.

- Assist with UAT and provide necessary support during deployment and post-deployment stages.

- Conduct regular product reviews, ensuring high-quality product standards, and ensuring all solutions are scalable and sustainable.

- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends, bringing new ideas to enhance business processes and customer experiences.

Required Qualifications :

- 12-15 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 8 years specifically working with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.

- Proven experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role with hands-on experience in leading Salesforce implementations.

- Deep functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud platforms, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with prior experience in leading product development in an Agile environment.

- Experience with requirements gathering, creating product roadmaps, defining user stories, and managing product backlogs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior management.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving product excellence.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Familiarity with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Prior experience working in large-scale global organizations or cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Communities, and third-party integrations.

- Experience with AI tools and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
