Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Resource to support and manage various technical and functional activities within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion backend DB, schema, and reporting tools, as well as functional expertise in critical modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journal Entries, and more.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Responsibilities :
Oracle Fusion Backend Expertise :
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion's backend database, schema, tables, and views.
- Expertise in running complex queries within Oracle query editor and managing report setups.
Environment Management :
- Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting Production (PROD) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments.
Financial Entries :
- Strong understanding of Voucher and Journal Entry transactions and processes.
Oracle BICC :
- Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) and its integration and data transfer capabilities.
Audit Trail Setup :
- Experience setting up and managing Audit Trails within Oracle Fusion, ensuring secure and compliant tracking of activities.
Data Transfer to Cloud :
- Understanding of Oracle Financial (On-Prim) and its one-time data transfer to other cloud environments (e.g., AWS Redshift).
Functional Responsibilities :
Oracle Fusion Financial Modules :
- Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Journal Entry transactions, and other core Oracle Fusion modules.
Payment Entries :
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Payment Entries and processing within Oracle Fusion.
Key Functional Tasks :
- GL Creation : Manage General Ledger (GL) configurations and setup.
- User Management : Handle user creation and user access management for both Oracle Fusion and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Location & SBU Mapping : Setup and configure Location and SBU (Strategic Business Unit) mapping.
- SBU Creation : Oversee SBU creation and management.
- Tender Creation : Create and maintain Tender types within Oracle Fusion.
- Period Management : Oversee the period opening and closing process to ensure financial data integrity.
- TDS Rate Creation : Manage and create TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) rates as per the business needs.
- Reconciliation and Master Control : Ensure proper reconciliation processes and manage master data controls.
Required Skills and Experience :
Technical Skills :
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including database management, query writing, report generation, and environment handling.
- Expertise in Oracle BICC and integration with other cloud systems.
- Experience with Audit Trail setup and monitoring.
- Solid understanding of data transfer protocols and tools (e.g., AWS Redshift integration).
Functional Skills :
- Strong knowledge of core Oracle Financial modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL, etc.).
- Familiarity with user and access management, including within both Oracle Fusion and OCI.
- Understanding of financial processes such as payment entries, GL setup, and period closing.
