SAP IBP Consultant (6-10 yrs)

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Specialist with a strong focus on Supply Planning. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in the field and possess in-depth expertise in IBP for Supply Planning. This role involves optimizing supply chain processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Experience in Sales and Operations Planning and Demand Management is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage supply planning processes using SAP IBP, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Configure and optimize IBP Supply Planning solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective supply planning strategies.

- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance and reduce costs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to supply planning in SAP IBP.

- Prepare and present supply planning metrics and reports to management.

- Stay updated on the latest SAP IBP advancements and industry best practices to continuously improve processes.

Mandatory Skills :

- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP IBP in the Supply Planning area.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex supply chain data.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have Skills :

- Experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).

- Knowledge of Demand Management processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7-12 years of relevant experience in supply planning using SAP IBP.

- Certification in SAP IBP or related modules is a plus.
