Data Scientist - Machine Learning Models (4-7 yrs)

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Data Scientist with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will apply advanced data analytics, machine learning techniques, and statistical methods to drive insights and influence key business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in building and deploying models, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilitiesc:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems (classification, regression, clustering, etc.).

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define business problems and deliver data-driven solutions.

- Collaborate in building data pipelines and models for automation of data processing and reporting.

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.

- Utilize advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms (e.g., decision trees, random forests, SVMs, neural networks) for predictive and prescriptive modeling.

- Interpret and communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

- Continuously improve and optimize models, pipelines, and tools for greater accuracy and efficiency.

- Maintain best practices for coding, version control (Git), and model versioning (MLflow, DVC).

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI.

Required Qualifications :

- 4-6 years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a related role.

- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and model building.

- Experience with machine learning libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.

- Expertise in SQL for querying databases and data manipulation.

- Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques (hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression analysis, etc.).

- Solid experience with data wrangling, cleaning, and visualization tools (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Familiarity with deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- A passion for learning and staying ahead in the field of data science.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

- Experience in working with natural language processing (NLP) or deep learning models.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
