Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with at least 3 years of experience in Python, Django, and AI/ML to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models, working with large datasets, and building scalable data-driven applications using Django and Python.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and automation.

- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using Python.

- Utilize Django to build and manage scalable web applications and APIs for data-driven solutions.

- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical modeling to extract meaningful insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into business applications.

- Optimize AI/ML models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.

- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms to manage and process large datasets.

- Conduct A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and model validation.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply best practices to projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, Python, and Django.

- Strong expertise in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

- Hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models.

- Proficiency in Django framework for backend development and API integration.

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Understanding of MLOps, Model Deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
