Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (3-6 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Data Scientist with expertise in Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Statistics, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, experience with PySpark, and proficiency in using cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

This role involves developing and deploying advanced AI/ML models to solve complex business problems while leveraging cloud-based big data solutions like Azure Databricks (ADB).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and other use cases.

- Implement Deep Learning algorithms for image, speech, and text data processing.

- Develop NLP solutions for text analytics, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI applications.

- Use statistical techniques to analyze and interpret complex datasets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.

- Optimize data workflows using PySpark and ADB for large-scale data processing.

- Integrate models into production systems on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, cloud computing, and data science tools.

- Create detailed documentation and reports for models, experiments, and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Deep Learning, AI, ML, Statistics, and NLP.

- Proficient in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Hands-on experience with PySpark and Azure Databricks (ADB).

- Experience in designing and deploying cloud-based AI/ML solutions (preferably on Azure, but experience with AWS or GCP is also acceptable).

- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with SQL and big data technologies for data analysis.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- Experience with MLOps practices for CI/CD of ML models.

- Knowledge of Azure Machine Learning services and other Azure AI offerings.

- Certifications in Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent cloud certifications.

- Experience with streaming data technologies like Kafka or Event Hubs
