Company : TechRBM is looking for experienced Data Scientists with expertise in Python, Django, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AIML) to join our dynamic team in Mohali.

The ideal candidate will excel in working with unstructured data, developing machine learning models, and leveraging advanced statistical techniques to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze raw and unstructured datasets, build predictive and statistical models, and develop scalable AIML solutions.

- Develop and deploy end-to-end data applications using Python and Django.

- Build, train, and optimize machine learning algorithms for predictive and prescriptive analytics.

- Validate, preprocess, and clean data to ensure high-quality datasets for modeling and analysis.

- Design clear data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

- Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business units, to integrate AIML solutions.

- Stay updated with advancements in AIML, Python frameworks, and data science tools to improve methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience in data science with a focus on Python and Django.

- Strong expertise in handling unstructured data and designing data workflows.

- Proficiency in Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.)

- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, statistical modeling, and AIML techniques.

- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to communicate complex insights.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in developing AIML solutions for industries like Retail, Healthcare, or Finance.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data pipelines.

- Knowledge of data engineering tools and frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
