We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional with a strong background in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) to help design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge automated frameworks for web-based applications. What You'll Do :

- Lead the Way : Spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of automated frameworks for web-based applications, contributing to the efficiency and innovation of Oracle Utilities systems.

- Work on Key Modules : Bring your deep expertise to areas such as Billing, Credit & Collection, Rate Configuration, IWS Integrations, and Interval Pricing to create high-impact solutions.

- Hands-on Expertise : Develop and configure solutions using the OUAF Framework, CC&B Configuration Tool, Java, Crystal Reports, BPA scripts, Plug-Ins, UI MAP, Portals, and more to ensure seamless performance.

- Integration Mastery : Design and implement third-party service integrations with CC&B through E-Service, optimizing and streamlining utility operations.

- Architectural Excellence : Contribute to the development of functional design analysis and architectural solutions, driving process improvements and efficiencies in energy utilities.

- Collaborate and Innovate : Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements,

engage in business process re-engineering/redesign, and deliver tailored solutions that address client needs.

- End-to-End Support : Provide comprehensive production support, troubleshoot technical and functional issues, perform unit testing, and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure systems are running smoothly.

What We Need From You :

- Extensive Experience : A minimum of 7+ years working as a techno-functional consultant with Oracle CC&B.

- Expert Knowledge in Key Modules : Technical Prowess: Strong proficiency in OUAF Framework, CC&B Configuration Tool, Java, Crystal Reports, BPA scripting, Plug-Ins, UI MAP, and Portals.

- Integration Experience : Proven ability to handle third-party service integrations through E-Service.

- Business Process Expertise : Experience in requirements gathering, functional design analysis, architectural solutions, and business process re-engineering.

- Certification Advantage : Oracle CC&B certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
