Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Industry (2-5 yrs)

About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the recruitment industry.

- You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within the recruitment industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Proactively identify and address client needs.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.

- Track and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry.

Skills:

- Proven track record of successful sales achievement.

- Experience in the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.

Work Location: Net- ji Subhash Place, HB Twin Tower, Max Hospital Building, New Delhi

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
