Cloud Peritus - Technical Lead - Salesforce (8-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Solution Design :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.

- Ensure that the proposed solutions leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to meet client needs.

2. Technical Leadership :

- Lead technical design sessions and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

- Act as a thought leader, demonstrating innovative approaches to challenges and opportunities within Salesforce projects.

3. Team Development :

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, which includes conducting code reviews and sharing best practices.

- Support the professional growth of team members through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.

4. Implementation Excellence :

- Oversee the development of custom solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and technical specifications.

- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Expectations and Qualifications :

- Currently serving in a dual role as both an Individual Contributor and Team Lead, with experience managing at least 7 consultants.

- A minimum of 7 years of experience working with Salesforce, including at least 2 years in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer capacity.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Cloud offerings, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

- Proficient in key Salesforce development tools and languages such as Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.

- A solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and implementation methodologies.
