Cloud Peritus - Technical Lead - Salesforce Development (8-15 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design and architecture of software solutions, including defining system requirements, designing APIs, and selecting appropriate technologies.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

- Guide the team in the development, testing, and deployment of software projects.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to complex problems.

- Lead the integration of Salesforce with other cloud and non-cloud solutions.

- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between different systems.

- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends.

- Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and effectiveness.

- Promote and implement best practices in software development, such as agile methodologies, test-driven development, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.

- Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems APIs, middleware.

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Experience with version control systems (Git).
