Technical Architect - Salesforce (12-15 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.

- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of code quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on complex components and integrations.

- This includes hands-on coding as needed, particularly for proof-of-concepts or complex issues.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and best practices.

- Champion quality assurance processes and contribute to testing strategies.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, API documentation, and test plans.

- Maintain deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, staying up-to-date with new features, releases, and best practices.

- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new capabilities.

- Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and production issues.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.

Must-Have Skills :

- Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.

- Strong proficiency in developing with Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.

- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

- Solid grasp of Salesforce Technical Architecture principles, including platform limits, governor limits, and best practices for scalability and performance.

- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

- Understanding of Salesforce security best practices and implementation.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Familiarity with Salesforce Communities and Marketing Cloud.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce deployments.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Platform Architect) are highly desirable
