Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with 10+ years of expertise in Agile product development, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and customers to gather insights and set priorities.

- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and customer impact.

- Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for the development team.

- Work closely with Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and Developers to ensure smooth execution of sprints.

- Act as the primary bridge between business teams, development teams, and end-users.

- Ensure alignment between engineering, marketing, UX/UI, and sales teams.

- Conduct regular sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demos.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions.

- Drive data-driven decision-making through analytics and customer behavior insights.

- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing iteration.

- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

- Advocate for continuous improvements in usability, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Product Management.

- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, or similar product management tools.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Deep understanding of user experience (UX), software development processes, and business strategy.

- Familiarity with cloud-based products, SaaS, APIs, and microservices architecture (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications :

- CSPO / SAFe POPM / PMI-ACP Certification

- Experience in B2B, SaaS, FinTech, or E-commerce domains

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analytics tools
