Salesforce Tech Lead

We are looking for two Salesforce Tech Leads with 6-7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, integrations, and customization, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.

The ideal candidates should have deep technical expertise in Salesforce technologies (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Visual force) and strong problem-solving skills.

Location : Remote / Onsite (as per project requirement).

Experience : 7+ years (2+ years as a Tech Lead).

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visual force, and LWC.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Mule-soft, or Dell Boomi.

- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and recommend innovative solutions.

- Lead a team of developers, ensure best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot issues and optimize Salesforce performance.

Required Skills :

- Salesforce Development : Apex, LWC, Visual-force, SOQL.

- Integrations : REST/SOAP APIs, Middle-ware tools (Mule-soft, Dell Boomi).

- Automation : Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Approval Processes.

- Tools & Deployment : VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Change Sets, Git.

- Certifications (Preferred) : Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce App Builder.

- Soft Skills : Leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration.
