This role requires dynamic professionals with in-depth technical expertise in Salesforce, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including design, development, and deployment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs and other tools.

- Optimize and maintain workflows, process automation, and customization.

- Conduct Proof of Concepts (PO Cs) for new features, enhancements, or integrations.

- Guide and mentor team members, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Act as a technical advisor, challenging existing approaches and providing innovative solutions to meet business needs.

Technical Skills :

- 6-7 years of core Salesforce experience.

- Expertise in Apex, Visual force, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Flows/Workflows.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party applications.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization capabilities, and limitations.
