Senior Full Stack Developer - React.js/Next.js (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React or Next.js and TypeScript.

- Implement complex UI features and ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, and Qdrant.

- Build and integrate machine learning models into production applications.

- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity using PostgreSQL.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party APIs.

- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate AI models into applications.

- Develop and maintain the infrastructure required to support ML-powered features.

- Work with vector databases such as Qdrant.

- Integrate applications with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and SAP.

- Develop and maintain secure and efficient data exchange mechanisms.

- Design and implement scalable and maintainable system architectures.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

- Implement and maintain security best practices.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software.

- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Clearly communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4+ years of professional experience in fullstack development.

- Expertise in React or Next.js and TypeScript for building dynamic user interfaces.

- Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI for backend development.

- Experience working with and integrating machine learning models into applications.

- Solid understanding of vector databases, Qdrant in specific.

- Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

- Experience integrating with enterprise applications (Salesforce, SAP) and third-party APIs.

- Strong understanding of system design, performance optimization, and security best practices.

- Experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms.

- Contributions to open-source projects.

- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
