Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and other relevant technologies.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and user stories.

- Design and architect robust and scalable Salesforce solutions, considering best practices, performance optimization, and integration with other systems.

- Develop and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.

- Ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Manage the deployment of Salesforce solutions to different environments, following best practices for release management.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Mentor and guide junior developers on Salesforce development best practices and technologies.

- Provide technical leadership and expertise to the team and stakeholders.

- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and development best practices.

- Apex & Visualforce : Strong proficiency in Apex programming and Visualforce development.

- Extensive experience with LWC and Aura Components development.

- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.

- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience designing and implementing data models in Salesforce.

- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (Apex unit tests, JavaScript testing frameworks).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
