UST - Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (5-10 yrs)

Role : Salesforce Developer

About the role :

As a Salesforce Developer at UST, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform. Working closely with the Product Team, Salesforce Administrators, and other developers, you'll contribute to the enhancement and launch of products tailored to our clients' needs.

The Salesforce Developer will report directly to the Salesforce Lead or Product Manager.

Qualifications and Background :

- Expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.

- Experience in Salesforce integration and customization using Salesforce APIs.

- Proficient in the Salesforce development lifecycle and Lightning Design System.

- At least 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and team members.

- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is a plus.

- Proactive in enhancing Salesforce solutions and following best practices.

Required :

- Strong experience in Apex programming, LWC, Visualforce, and JavaScript development.

- General web development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with AppExchange products and their integration.

- Experience with large data sets, bulkification, and optimizing code performance.

- Ability to write and interpret technical specifications.

- Proficiency in CI/CD processes for Salesforce development and version control using tools like GitHub.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.

Desirable :

- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I).

- Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or relevant experience in software development.

- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, SQL, XML).

- Experience working in a DevOps environment with CI/CD pipelines.

- Comfortable working in an Agile environment and managing tasks independently.

- Active participation in the Salesforce community and professional development initiatives.
