ServiceNow Architect (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

STM Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our growing team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including but not limited to :

1. Service Catalog

2. Incident Management

3. Problem Management

4. Change Management

5. Asset Management

6. IT Operations Management

7. Customer Service Management

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow best practices and standards.

- Guide and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow development and best practices.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow.

- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects within budget and on schedule.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including scripting (JavaScript), workflows, integrations, and data models.

- Experience with ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

- Experience with ITIL frameworks.

Desired Skills :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java)
