ServiceNow Architect - ITSM/ITOM Modules (8-20 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules, based on business requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow architecture documentation, including design specifications, data models, and integration diagrams.

- Lead the implementation of complex ServiceNow projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to development teams, ensuring code quality and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues, providing expert-level support.

- Evaluate and recommend new ServiceNow features and functionalities to improve business processes and efficiency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends.

Mentor and train junior ServiceNow developers.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years of consecutive architect experience on the ServiceNow platform.

- A combination of development and architect roles is acceptable, provided the complexity of implementations has increased over time.

- Minimum certifications : Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and IT Service Management (ITSM).

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
