Role Description :

- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Developer (APEX, LWC).

- The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing Visualforce Pages, Salesforce.com Development, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce. com Administration, and Salesforce.com tasks.

- Some remote work is acceptable as part of this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components to enhance the Salesforce platform's functionality.

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce.com applications using best practices.

- Perform Salesforce.com administration tasks, including user setup, security configurations, workflows, and custom objects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce-based solutions.

- Write and maintain APEX classes, triggers, and test classes to support complex business processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies, releases, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

- Document system configurations, customizations, and development processes for future reference.

Required Qualifications :

- Proven experience in Salesforce.com development, including Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com administration and configuration.

- Expertise in APEX programming, with the ability to develop and optimize code effectively.

- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, methodologies, and platform capabilities.

- Hands-on experience creating Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, and reports.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with integration tools and third-party applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
