Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (5-7 yrs)

Salesforce Developer (2 Positions).

Solution Consultant (1 Position).

Location : Navi Mumbai Vashi.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations.

- Perform all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce customizations.

- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) and middleware.

- Perform data migration and cleansing activities using Salesforce Data Loader, Apex Data Loader, and other tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, including performance bottlenecks and data integrity problems.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with business users and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Document all development work and maintain detailed technical documentation.

- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements and best practices within the Salesforce environment.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and data models.

- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools, such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Approvals.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) and middleware.

- Experience with data migration and cleansing using Salesforce Data Loader, Apex Data Loader, and other tools.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly preferred.
