Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Lead the administration of our Salesforce instance and for Marketing and Sales Cloud.
- Talk to end-users and operations leaders to understand requirements, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and translate those requirements into technical specifications.
- Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated email campaigns, customer service solutions, data segmentation, customer journey, and such.
- Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues.
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user management, Report and
Dashboards, Flows, and other routine tasks, Setup and configure Data models.
- Build new features and functionality in our Salesforce Org with custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, lightning pages, and automate business processes with Flows and Process Builder.
- Identify reports and dashboards to measure the impact of build iterations.
- Support end-users in real time with issues relating to Salesforce and supported applications.
- Deliver projects through our release management process.
- Lead all aspects of 3rd party application use and support.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on Salesforce best practices.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or the equivalent related experience.
- 6+ years experience of Salesforce Administrator Experience, including 6+ years in Marketing Cloud, Marketing Automation, Analytics, Automation Studio, Data segmentation, optimization,
and management.
- Experience in automation processes with Flows, Process Builder, SOQL, and Salesforce Sharing and Security model.
- Experience building with Salesforce Lightning User Interface; Experience managing large data volumes, considering limits, and performance tuning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to improve the quality of iterative builds.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization.
- Integration is highly desirable.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification; and Marketing Cloud Certified.
- Experience in Agile scrum master and continued development (GIT, SFDX, Jenkins, etc) are a plus.
