We are looking for a Team Manager to lead our home loan services operations in Vadodara, Gujarat.

This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring expertise in team management, financial services, and client-focused solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team specializing in home loan services to ensure optimal performance.

- Oversee day-to-day operations to deliver efficient and customer-centric financial solutions.

- Develop and implement strategies to meet organizational targets and improve service delivery.

- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for team improvement.

- Foster strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and performance assessments.

Skills and Qualifications Required:
