NJ Group - Unit Manager (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

- Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and group objectives.

Operational Oversight:

- Oversee compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures.

Customer Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Strategic Collaboration:
